Such a beautiful October moodboard & theme! In a flash I’d wrapped up cosy & warm; wellies on, basket in hand, ready for a good old foraging session. My basket heaving in no time with natures oh so fragile treasures...
There’s something so precious when creating art with nature’s magical gifts, a feeling of being closer to Mother Nature, a feeling that warms the soul & lifts the heart...
I rummaged around for tiny treasure as I created my page in the Mini Chipboard Journal, lush layers of paper & odd, old, worn rags complimented the dried findings perfectly. A tiny splash of colour & swipe of Vintage Gold Metallique Wax gave a sunny glean & made the page dance...
The Words You Need quote ‘it’s not what you look at that matters, it’s what you see’ is so true too when out combing through the undergrowth. The more you look the more you really, really see...
