December 2018 - From my garden - by Kasia Bogatko

Hello friends!

Our topic for this month is "Art of Everyday" and this is my art journal page for you. I decided to use here autumn leaves and withered flowers. Everything comes from my garden - beautiful, dark blueberry leaves and dried hydrangea. This is my everyday life. In autumn and winter the garden also has its beautiful sides, sometimes you just have to look at it a little more.

To make a background I used a few stamps, inks and Impasto paint with the most beautiful color - mint! Here and there, I added vintage gold wax. It beautifully emphasized the structure of leaves and added splendor to dry flowers.

Look around your neighborhood, the house, the room. You will surely find things that will work perfectly in art journal and tell your story.
