April 2021 - Life - by Iwona Marchewka

I associate the April moodboard with a heavy evening, when the sky is already turning dark blue, but the last rays of the sun paint the sky in various shades of blue, and the fog rises above the clearing.  If you look through the light bulb at this point, the fog seems to be enclosed in a glass ball.  My project is a lantern through which I watch the fog and try to close something that cannot be touched, even for a moment.  Plastic panes and glass are perfect for playing with translucent layers, because they allow you to get the smoke effect that I used in my project.
