December 2019 - Tis the season - by Kasia Bogatko
I am really happy that the December challenge is about light and glitter. I really like creating Christmas projects, often at the last minute, because only in December I start to feel that atmosphere. Earlier months are not the time for me to do such projects. If I fall into this Christmas swirl, my studio is full of twigs, snowflakes and glitter. Glitter is everywhere!
In this project, I combined white with a little silver, because warm gold is what I love more. However, I think that here, despite the cool colors, you can see this warm, festive atmosphere. I added many layers, wires, strings, white leaves, twigs and white mistletoe balls. Light bulbs also suited here, give this project more character.
I love Christmas, spending them with my family, an atmosphere of love and peace. Remember, this is not only about cleaning and shopping. Good luck!
